Returns

We ask that you inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to notify us within 14 days of delivery if the goods are damaged. Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be your responsibility to return any faulty goods to us, and you shall be entitled to either replacement goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable) plus any return postal charges, only if the goods are, in fact, confirmed as defective. Unless the goods are deemed to be defective, due to their personal nature, only unused / unopened goods may be returned for replacement or full refund. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package. 

 

Cancellation

You have the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the order and receive a refund by informing us, in writing or by email, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned at your expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified, in writing, within this time period. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
